The new Version 2.1 of PokerPro will launch in the Crown Poker Room on Wednesday 22 July this year and will offer players a range of additional features including Rabbit Hunting, Straddles and Kill Pots as well as the option to run new game varieties such as Seven Card Stud, Razz and more. To win the $1 million cash prize a player must play in a Hold’em cash game on a PokerPro table and make a hand of four eights (Quads) and get beaten in the showdown by a player at the same table who has made a Royal Flush (A,K,Q,J,10 same suit). The player who is beaten will win $1 million cash while the player who makes a Royal Flush will win $10,000 cash. This special promotion is open to players who play with either a PokerPro account card or a PokerPro pre-paid card.
The new PokerPro Rabbit Hunting feature will give losing players the opportunity to see if their folded hands would have been strong enough to have won the pot. The advantage of having the Rabbit Hunting feature on a fully automated PokerPro table is that it doesn’t interrupt the game flow as the Rabbit Hunting cards only appear on the display of the player who requested them.
The Seven Card Stud feature will provide the game settings and the table action needed to support traditional Seven Card Stud, Seven Card Stud low (razz) and Seven Card Stud high-low.
Another key feature is Straddling which enables a player to lhe left of the big blind (under the gun) to make a blind raise. As it’s a blind raise players can’t view their cards before making their selection.
